1. What ClearPath provides

ClearPath transforms an uploaded home-inspection PDF into a clearer, plain-English companion report. It organizes information found in the original inspection, identifies unanswered questions, and suggests appropriate professional follow-up.

ClearPath is not a home inspection, warranty, appraisal, engineering report, environmental assessment, contractor estimate, legal opinion, or substitute for the original inspector or another qualified professional. The original inspection and qualified professionals remain the controlling sources.

2. Eligibility check before payment

Uploading a PDF does not create a purchase and does not authorize a charge. ClearPath first performs a free processability check. Checkout is offered only when the system confirms that the uploaded file is eligible to proceed. That confirmation means the file passed the current automated preflight; it is not a guarantee that later production can never encounter an exception.

3. Purchase and payment

After a successful preflight, you may affirmatively choose to purchase the displayed report for the displayed one-time price. Payment is processed by Stripe. Report production begins only after Stripe confirms payment. ClearPath does not use recurring billing or subscriptions for this offer.

4. Customer responsibilities

You represent that you are authorized to submit the inspection report and related information. You must provide accurate contact and property information, retain the original inspection, and consult qualified professionals before making property, repair, safety, legal, or financial decisions.

5. Delivery and access

ClearPath delivers a protected report link to the contact information supplied with the order. Generated reports are generally available for 30 days. You are responsible for saving any copy you wish to retain. Delivery timing can be affected by report length, processing exceptions, email systems, and required quality review.

6. Final-sale and correction policy

Because ClearPath creates a customized digital report and begins production after payment, purchases are final once production begins, subject to the specific correction and refund exceptions in the Refund Policy and any rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. No outcome guarantee

ClearPath does not guarantee property condition, repair scope, repair cost, negotiation results, transaction outcome, or that concealed conditions do not exist. Planning-cost context is general information, not a bid or promise of actual cost.

8. Support

Contact support@getclearpathreport.com. Brandon or Jayce handles customer support. The response target is within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
