Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how M Tech Marketing handles information used to provide ClearPath reports.
Information we collect
We collect the inspection PDF you submit; name, email, mobile number, property address, customer and report type, agent or brokerage information when applicable; order, payment-status, delivery, quality-review, and support records; and limited technical and security information needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to check whether a PDF can be processed, create and deliver the purchased report, verify payment, protect report access, provide support, prevent duplicate fulfillment, enforce retention, investigate failures, and improve service reliability.
Service providers
ClearPath uses service providers for payment processing, document and report storage, AI-assisted document processing, customer delivery and workflow automation, hosting, monitoring, and security. Current operational providers include Stripe, Supabase, OpenAI, GoHighLevel, and OpenAI Sites or their infrastructure providers. They receive only the information needed for their role.
AI processing
Your inspection PDF may be processed by configured AI services to extract and explain report content for your order. ClearPath does not use your uploaded PDF to train a public model. AI output remains constrained by the original report and is subject to automated and human quality controls.
Retention
Source inspection files become eligible for deletion 24 hours after successful or failed final report generation. Generated reports expire after 30 days. Limited non-document order, consent, payment-status, delivery, security, and audit records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for operations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
Payment information
Stripe processes payment-card information. ClearPath does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.
Advertising and measurement
ClearPath may use the Meta Pixel, HighLevel external tracking, and related measurement tools to understand visits, form activity, checkout starts, and verified purchases, measure advertising performance, and improve campaigns. These tools may receive browser, device, page, referral, form, and event information and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy terms. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and use the privacy and advertising controls provided by those services.
Sharing
We do not sell inspection-report information. We may disclose information to service providers, when you direct us to, to protect the service or its users, or when required by law.

You may contact support@getclearpathreport.com with a privacy or support question. To protect customer information, we may need to verify the order and requester before responding.
