Refund and Correction Policy

Eligible refunds

A full refund is available when:

• ClearPath accepts payment but cannot generate or deliver the purchased report;
• the same order is charged more than once or a charge is unauthorized;
• the delivered report has a material ClearPath-caused technical or content error that ClearPath cannot correct or replace within a reasonable time; or
• a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Correction first

For a correctable material error, ClearPath may first repair or replace the report at no additional charge. A material error is a substantial failure attributable to ClearPath that prevents the report from accurately reflecting or functioning as a companion to the submitted inspection. Minor formatting issues, preferences, or disagreements with the original inspection are not material errors.

What is not refundable

Refunds are not provided for a change of mind, dissatisfaction with documented inspection findings, disagreement with an inspector or other professional, differences of opinion about severity or cost, information already present in the original inspection, failure to save a report before its access period expires, or the outcome of a purchase, repair request, negotiation, or real-estate transaction.

How to request review

Email support@getclearpathreport.com within seven calendar days after delivery. Include the ClearPath order number and a concise description of the problem. The seven-day reporting period helps us investigate promptly and does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Response time

Brandon or Jayce will respond within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; payment-provider processing times may vary.
